Terms and conditions for online payment

• Detailed instructions are given on the web payment page for the procedure to be followed for completed transactions (payment confirmation slip received) and for failed transactions. Please follow the instructions carefully.
• Once the “pay” option is selected you will be directed to payment through net banking or debit/credit card. Choose your desired payment option and proceed.
• Once the payment is successful, you will get a payment confirmation slip — save it for future reference as proof of payment.
• If the payment is not successful for any reason, you will see a display of the payment failure status.
• If neither happens and there is a heavy delay in response from the system — and you have not proceeded with payment or given card details — you may start the payment process again from the beginning.
• If you have given debit/credit card details or net banking authorization and received no response, check with your bank or credit card company whether your account was debited. If it was, do not attempt to pay again.
• If your bank account was not debited, you will need to make the payment again and obtain a successful payment confirmation.
• In all cases, make a note of the reference/transaction details for net banking or card payments.
